WGLZ’s Kyle Lindsey presents Courtney Taylor with her prize.

The WGLZ Bracket Contest may have been the most talked about promotion during the spring 2016 semester.  Over 211 contestants completed a free bracket based on the NCAA division I basketball tournament.  Prizes were awarded by 1) best points and 2) random drawings.

Courtney Taylor walked away with an awesome Coca-Cola refrigerator.  Courtney scored the most points by “selecting teams that had good cheerleading squads”.  Second place and a very cool Coca-Cola bean bag chair went to Kristen Fijalkowski  and Dakota Wellman took home the Coke Zero basketball hoop by scoring 3rd overall.

Thanks to the donation from Coca-Cola, WGLZ was able to award three great prizes to “random” contestants.
