Sarah joined the Housing & Residence Life Staff as a Resident Assistant in the fall of 2021.  After completing her undergraduate studies in December 2022, Sarah was selected as an Area Coordinator. As an Area Coordinator, Sarah managed apartment complexes, student houses, Hughes Hall, Boyd Hall, and Rogers Hall.  Sarah coordinated all aspects of room assignments, room selection, and changes.  Additionally, she worked closely with maintenance and cleaning services to provide a safe and clean environment in the residence halls.  In addition to those housing responsibilities, Sarah managed the campus fitness facilities in Krise Fitness Center and the Wellness Center. As of March 2025, Sarah was selected as the Director of Housing and Residential Life for WLU. In her current position, she is responsible for overseeing all areas of Housing & Residence Life, the Wellness Center, Summer Conferences, and Judicial Affairs.

Stefon joined the Housing & Residence Life Staff as an Area Coordinator in May 2025. As an Area Coordinator, Stefon manages Krise Hall, Beta Hall, Bonar Hall, and Curtis Hall. Stefon oversees Summer Camps and Conferences and serves as the Judicial Coordinator for the campus.
