Apartment Housing Application

Apartment Applications for the 2026-27 academic year will open on February 15, 2026.

Costs for 2026-27 academic year are not yet available. Costs for 2025-26 can be viewed online for various housing, fees, and food options. Applications will be available on February 15, 2026 and due on March 15, 2026 at 4pm.

Undergraduate students living in any apartment complex or a student house are eligible for the 75-block, 12, 14, and 19 meal plans. Graduate students can opt out of any meal plan or select the 75-block, 12, 14, or 19

Assignments are prioritized first by those already residing in apartments, then by the average credit hours for the roommate group. If needed the average group GPA will be considered as the third method to prioritize. Students must apply in full roommate groups in order to be initially considered. A waiting list will be created for those who are not able to be assigned to apartments initially based on availability. Anyone applying without a roommate will be placed on the waiting list after all complete applications. Late applications will be placed on the waiting list after all applications completed by the deadline.

The apartment Application can be submitted through the Housing Portal under the “Applications and Forms” tab.
