Meal Plan Information

Residential students are required to have a full meal plan.  There are three full meal plan options, all with the same cost.  Meal plans and dining dollars can be used at any Elior location, including retail locations in the College Union and the Bears’ Den cafeteria in Rogers Hall.  For additional information on Elior meal plans and locations, please visit them at WLU Campus Dining.  If you have questions, please contact the Office of Housing & Residence Life at residencelife@westliberty.edu or (304) 336-8345.

The residential full meal plan options are:

  • AllAccess4U, $100 Dining Dollars (formerly known as 19 meals per week)
  • 14 meals per week, $200 Dining  Dollars
  • 12 meals per week, $300 Dining Dollars

Additional commuter and specialty meal plan options are:

  • 75 block plan, $100 Dining Dollars.  This plan is available to commuters, students living in campus-owned or operated houses and apartments, and graduate students only.
  • Commuters and graduate students are also able to select any of the residential meal plans.

Meal Plan Requirements:

  • Residential undergraduate students of campus-owned apartments and houses may select the 75-block meal plan.
  • Residential undergraduate students in leased facilities (Topper Village, University Place, and University Place 2) may select the 75-block meal plan instead of the full meal plan options.
  • Residential undergraduate students in residence halls are required to have a full meal plan (12, 14, or AllAccess4U meal plan).
  • Residential graduate students can opt out of a meal plan or select any commuter meal plan.
  • Commuter students can select any meal plan through the form below as well.
  • Students with ADA accommodations to lessen or remove their meal plan must complete the appropriate Accommodations Form and process.

Students can change their meal plans within the first two weeks of each semester only.

Changing Your Meal Plan

  1. Log into your Single-Sign-On
  2. Select the “Housing Director- Adirondack” icon 
  3. On the left-hand side of the screen, select “Dining.” 
  4. Select “Dining Plans”
  5. In the drop-down option, make sure it says the semester you want to make the change in
  6. Click “Change my Meal Plan.”
  7. Select the meal plan you want 
  8. At the bottom of the screen, click “Purchase Meal Plan” 

Selecting a Meal Plan (if you currently do not have a meal plan)

  1. Log into your Single-Sign-On
  2. Select the “Housing Director- Adirondack” icon 
  3. On the left-hand side of the screen, select “Dining.” 
  4. Select “Dining Plans”
  5. Select “Purchased Meal Plans- Semester (no current dining plan)”
  6. In the drop-down option, make sure it says the semester you want to make the change in
  7. Select the meal plan you want 
  8. At the bottom of the screen, click “Purchase Meal Plan” 

Meal plans are updated on your account every day at the following specific times:

  • Changes made between 8:00am and 12:00pm will process to your Toppercard for use at 12:30pm.
  • Changes made between 12:00pm and 4:00pm will process to your Toppercard for use at 4:30pm.
  • Changes made between 4:00pm and 8:00pm will process to your Toppercard for use at 8:30pm.
  • Changes made between 8:00pm and 8:00am will process to your Toppercard for use at 8:30am

 

Mark Your Calendars – Fall 2026 Semester

Move In Dates:

  • Early Arrival Groups: vary on team/ organization
  • New Student Move In: Friday, August 21st
  • Returning Students in Commons Apartments, Houses, & Cabins: Saturday, August 22nd
  • Returning Students in Residence Halls: Sunday, August 23rd

Resident Assistant Selection Process:

  • Interest Meetings: October 7th OR 8th at 12:00pm in the Student Leadership Center
  • Applications are due October 13th
  • Mock Duty Nights: October 18th-November 1st
  • Group Night: Sunday, November 1st at 6pm in the Boyle Room
  • Interviews with Housing Staff will be on Friday, November 6th (times vary)

Winter Break Closing:

  • The residence halls will close on Thursday, December 10th at 7pm.
  • Extended Stay Requests are due Thursday, December 3rd by 4pm. All students unless approved for extended stay must be moved out.
  • You can leave your items int he room and take the belongings you will need over the break.

Housing & Residence Life Programming:

  • Topper Wars: Saturday, August 22nd at 1pm on the Quad
  • Oktoberfest: Wednesday, October 14th at 5pm-8pm on the Quad

Health & Safety Inspections:

  • Vary on day and time. RAs will notify the floor at least 48 hours in advance
  • September 3rd OR 4th
  • October 8th OR 9th
  • November 5th OR 6th
  • December 10th

Floor Meetings:

  • Vary on day and time. RAs will notify the floor at least 48 hours in advance.
  • August 21st: for new student move in
  • September 14th-18th
  • October 12th-15th
  • November 9th-13th
