University Place Apartments consist of four apartments housing two residents in each apartment and twelve apartments housing three residents in each apartment.   Each apartment has a shared living room, two bedrooms and a shared bathroom and kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher.  Apartments are furnished, and students are not permitted to bring large furniture items (i.e. couches, beds, etc.)  Laundry facilities are available on the first level of the apartment complex, and parking is available behind the complex.  One apartment on the first level is reserved for the residence life staff who oversees the apartments and houses.

Applications will be prioritized by highest credit hours, and then by highest grade point average.  A separate application process for the apartments takes place before the annual room assignment process.
