Topper Village Apartments are located directly across route 88 from the main entrance to campus.

Each apartment offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room space.  Bedrooms are furnished with desk, bed and desk chair.  Kitchens include full size refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher and microwave.  These apartments also offer additional options for students to have kitchen appliances and other amenities not permitted in the traditional residence halls. Laundry is available using the Topper ID Card in each building of the complex.  Layout of buildings does vary between apartments, but a basic layout is shown below.

Applications for Topper Village are available beginning each year in February during the specialty housing application process.
