The application process described below applies to students applying for the fall 2025 semester. Students who are applying for spring 2025 should fill out the online application.
To apply for housing beginning with the fall 2025 applicants the process below or by watching our instructional video.
- Access Single Sign On using your WLU email (username is your email prefix and password is your 8-digit birthday). If you have login difficulties you can submit a ticket to our IT helpdesk.
- Once you access Single Sign On, select the “Adirondack Student Housing Portal” to open your self service portal.
- Click on Applications & Forms in the left sidebar, then select the “New Student Housing Application” for fall semester.
- Review and electronically sign the housing contract. If you are under 18, your will need a parent/guardian to sign as well.
- Complete the application and click submit. You will receive a confirmation email.
- Select your meal plan. Undergraduate students living in residence halls must select one of the full meal plan options (12, 14 or Unlimited4U plan).
- Select housing preferences, listing up to seven housing options in order of preference. We recommend select more than one option in case your top pick is not available.
- If needed you can return and edit your application and resubmit at any time.
