University Place 2 Apartments (UP2) are located just north of main campus along Route 88, next to University Place Apartments (UP).  There is parking shared between UP and UP2 behind the apartment buildings.

Each apartment offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, washer and dryer in unit, kitchen and living room space.  Bedrooms are furnished with desk, bed, and desk chair.  Kitchens include full size refrigerator, oven/stove, and microwave.  These apartments, like UP, offer additional options for students to have kitchen appliances, limited pet options, and other amenities not permitted in the traditional residence halls.

Applications for UP2 are available beginning each year in February during the specialty housing application process.
