I was at a bigger school but I had a hard time meeting people and making friends, and I felt so small. I transferred here for Math Education but I had an interest in Theater, and I was welcomed with open arms and I found my place with the theater department – they treat me like I’ve always been here!

I transferred to West Liberty because of the biology department. From the day I stepped on campus everyone was very helpful in guiding me to where I need to be. I’m also part of the Men’s Basketball Team and both on and off the court, I feel like everyone here has my back and wants me to succeed. The community here has helped me become a better person.
