Students applying for admission to West Liberty University may submit their application for consideration without an SAT or ACT score.
Admissions will be based on the cumulative grade point average of 2.0 (on a 4 point scale) or higher and by meeting the following curriculum requirements:
- 4 years of English
- 3 Social Sciences (one must be US History)
- 3 Sciences (all 3 must be lab sciences)
- 4 Math (3 must be Algebra I or MATH I and higher)
- 2 Foreign Language (2 units of the same foreign language)
- 1 Fine Arts
Select academic programs will require a test score for Direct Admission. This is due to the competitive nature of some majors, or limited space. Please check out the test requirements for the various programs by visiting the Academics Majors/Programs of Study list.
