We’re excited to have you join the Hilltop! Attending orientation is your first step toward a successful start at West Liberty University. During orientation, you’ll meet faculty, connect with fellow students, finalize class registration, and learn about campus resources.

New Student Registration
Please complete the form below to start the class registration process for Spring 2026. Once submitted, an Admissions Counselor will contact you with your class schedule and next steps.
Please note: This form is for students starting in Spring 2026 only. If you plan to begin in Fall 2026, our Admissions team will reach out with registration details at a later date.
Choose Your Orientation Date
In-person orientation sessions are scheduled based on your intended major. Please select the date that corresponds with your academic program when registering for orientation. Not sure which day to select? Click here for more information about academic colleges and majors.
Our Admissions team will use the information you provide on your Orientation Registration Form to prepare your Fall class schedule. You will receive and review your schedule when you attend your Summer Orientation date.
