To be eligible for financial aid at West Liberty University, you must meet certain federal, state, institutional, and program requirements.  The Financial Aid Office is responsible for monitoring your compliance with these regulations.  The following terms and conditions are outlined to help you understand and comply with the necessary requirements.  You are responsible for reading, understanding, and agreeing to these terms and conditions before accepting your financial aid.  If you have any questions, please contact our office.
