The GoWLU page provides a one-stop shop for all university pages and systems you may need to access during your time as a graduate student at WLU. All students are assigned a Single Sign On ID in order to access the services on this page. WLU has implemented a Single Sign On Portal. You can access the portal at https://westliberty.helloid.com. Your initial logon will be your email address without @westliberty.edu and your 8-digit birth date in the format of MMDDYYYY. For additional assistance, see the gallery images below.
Whether you are considering West Liberty University as a first-time student or to further your education, the Financial Aid Office is here to help you make your goals a reality.
The Office of Housing & Residence Life manages all aspects of the residential living community for West Liberty University. The main office is located in Rogers Hall.
The Business Office is located in Shaw Hall and assists with tuition payments, parking passes, payment plans, etc.
The Enrollment Services Center and Registrar’s Office is located in Shaw Hall and assists with transcripts, course registration and withdrawals.
The Student Health Service enables you to take full advantage of your academic experience by maintaining and improving your health.
IT Services provide support of all technology available to WLU graduate students including student email, zoom, Microsoft 365, etc.
Students can access personal information, financial aid awards, billing information and many other items via WINS.
Online learning is administered by the Office of eLearning at WLU.
TopperNet is used to notify the campus community in the event of an emergency, weather cancellations, etc.
