Request For Bids – Hughes Hall Façade Repair
RFB 25-0001 Hughes Hall Facade Repair West Liberty University seeks qualified vendors to submit bids to furnish all materials/labor/supervision to repair the facade of our Hughes Hall Building.
There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on August 14, 2024 at 10:30 AM in Shaw Hall room 337 on the campus of West Liberty University
Questions will be accepted until 3:00 PM Wednesday August 21, 2024
Bids will be accepted until 10:00 AM, Wednesday September 4, 2024.

Technical questions regarding this RFB and it’s specifications are due by 3:00 PM on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 and are to be submitted in writing. Any questions concerning the RFB process or request for bid documents should be directed to the Director of Purchasing, Patrick Kelly at 304-336-8510, and will be accepted by email to Patrick.Kelly@westliberty.edu and fax 304-336-8312. Vendors are not permitted to contact other University personnel.
Participating contractors must be licensed by the state of West Virginia and able to provide Criminal Background Checks for all employees working on or around the property.
Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and/or to waive any informality, infirmity, omission, defect, irregularity and/or disqualifying error in any bid.
