Social Media Registration Form (Clubs and Organizations)

Please fill out the following information in regards to your club or organization social media accounts. All clubs should have at least two managers on the accounts for safety purposes. All organizations must abide by the Student Code of Conduct if they are to create and use social media on behalf of the organizations.
