The organization detailed below agrees to adhere to the following statements in order to be considered for recognition:

• No discrimination on the basis of race, sex, age, national origin, height, weight, marital status, sexual orientation, religion, handicap, or veteran status shall exist.
• Only students enrolled at West Liberty University may be officers and must carry at least a 2.0 cumulative overall grade point average.
• No organizational rules, constitution, or by-laws may be in conflict with the regulations or written policies of the Student Government Association or those of West Liberty University.
• The organization agrees to adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local laws as well as the policies of West Liberty University outlined in the Student Handbook.
