The Spring Club and Organization Fair will take place on Wednesday, September 4th in the Quad from 11am-2pm .

This a a great opportunity for your organization to reach out to new and returning students on campus for this upcoming year!  Table and chairs will be provided to each group that reserves a spot. Sign up sheets will be provided at each table. Clubs can email any marketing material to Kate Billings to be printed for the event to hand out to students.  Groups can arrive at 10:30 to set up at their designated table. Groups are encouraged to bring poster boards, significant items of their club that they can share with potential new members and anything else!  If you group would like additional space to do a demonstration as part of the day please email Kate Billings at kate.billings@westliberty.edu to make that request.
