To access information for a student’s account, you must be the parent, step-parent, or legal guardian. Because of federal privacy laws, a student who is 18 years old and over, is considered an adult and only privy to said information. If you are a relative or friend that is paying a student’s account, information will only be released to you in the presence of the student in person only.
For those who are authorized to access the student’s account, you will be asked to provide the last four digits of the student’s Social Security Number and date of birth. Please have this information ready when calling in this regard to save time, as this time of year is extremely busy and we want to give the best customer service as possible.
We cannot release any information for anyone who has their account marked “confidential”; those with accounts marked as such are aware of this.
