The Department of Journalism and Communication Studies is proud to announce the formation of a new honors program for Communications students.
The Department of Journalism and Communication Studies is starting a chapter of Lambda Pi Eta. Lambda Pi Eta is the official honorary society of the National Communication Association, and it is also a member of the Association of College Honors Society. Eligibility is open to all students with at least 12 hours of COM designated courses. Interested students must have an overall GPA of 3.00 and a GPA of 3.25 in COM designated courses.

The first meeting will be held on October 4, at 2pm in Fine Arts 210. If you are unsure of your eligibility for the society, you should still come to the meeting.
