POSITION: Full-time/12 month exempt position (live in) includes a comprehensive benefit package
RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is responsible for managing all aspects of a campus residential area, including but not limited to:
Solving student conflicts
Crisis response
Manage all aspects of residential enrollment
Staff and student development
Student training
Participation in the First year Orientation and Welcome Week
QUALIFICATION:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office
Strong organization and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with other college departments
Ability to work both as an effective team member and leader
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
EXPERIENCE: At least two years of relevant, related experience
SALARY: $28,821.00 per year
