WEST LIBERTY, W.Va., Nov. 24, 2014 — West Liberty University choir and friends, with support from the Vance Memorial Church special music fund, and the Nutting Foundation Arts and Ideas Program, will present its holiday concert at 3 and 7 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 7 at Vance Memorial Presbyterian Church, 905 National Road, Wheeling.
Under the direction of Dr. Scott Glysson, this year’s performance is entitled “Holiday Card to Wheeling.” Glysson is director of Choral Activities and assistant professor of music at West Liberty University.

“This is our biggest concert of the year and we think it’s the perfect opportunity to share holiday wishes with the entire community. These talented singers are coming together as a representation and celebration of the choral art in our community. We hope everyone will join us,” Glysson said.
Glysson is working in collaboration with Vance organist and choir director Deborah Breiding.
A free will offering will be accepted with proceeds directed to the Laughlin Memorial Chapel after school program.
Doors will open one hour before each show and seating is limited. For free tickets please call WLU Music Department at 304-336-8930.
