Your log-in/pass code information will be sent from United Bank to your WLU Email account (Please check your SPAM if you do not receive this information). Upon receipt, please complete the appropriate steps in the letter to start this important process!
Students are required to sign-up and choose an option, neglecting to do so, will cause a delay in receiving your Financial Aid refund.
You will have the following options to receive your Financial Aid Refund:
- Deposit into your existing personal checking account.
- If you do not have a checking account, our financial partner, United Bank, will be offering our students a FREE personal checking account with an added benefit of a United Bank check card.
- Paper check mailed to your preferred address.
