Invoices will be emailed via WLU student email account, by August 3, 2011 for those registered on/before this date, For those registered after this date, please check your WLU student email account daily; for incoming freshman students and transfers, your invoice will be emailed to the email address on record; once the student is here, you will be issued a WLU student email address to which your invoices/statements will be sent. The student must be diligent in checking their email address in order to keep their accounts up to date, and also to relay the information to the appropriate responsible party. The Business Office will not print student invoices. The student must have their invoice in hand to have it processed at the Business Office.
For those students attending classes at the Highlands or those who have no car on campus, please print the Parking Waiver, complete and return it with your invoice to have the parking charge credited. If you are registered for any classes on the West Liberty campus, and you have a vehicle that you will bring on campus, you will be responsible for paying this charge.
