Refuel, study and relax between classes. The College Union is a “home base” for commuter students located in the heart of campus Commuter student amenities include:.
- Ample seating and work areas across campus.
- Vending machines.
- Places to socialize and watch TV.
- Pick up your TopperCard – follow this link to submit a photo, so it is ready for pick up the first day you arrive on campus in the Fall!

When you commute to WLU, you’re entering into a community. Take part in activities planned during the day & evening on the Hilltop depending on when you are here!
Meetings & Events
Stay in the loop on what’s important to you. Student Government keeps you up-to-date on services for students. Or Stop by the Office of Student Life (S-30)- 2nd Floor of the Union for snacks & to exchange information and ideas, and ask questions to our professional & student Staff!
Parking
We offer on-campus parking for all students in the designated Student Lots around campus! At the beginning of each academic year you can pick up your Student Parking Tag from the designated area.
For the academic year 2024-25, students can apply online for their parking tag here at: WLU Parking Hangtag. All students can collect their hangtag when classes resume at the Office of Housing & Residence Life in Rogers Hall. Please allow 24 hours to process your hangtag. You will need your license plate and cell phone number to complete the form.
As a reminder, parking hangtags must be displayed on the rearview mirror of the vehicle. All students will see the charge on their student bill. Students who do not have vehicles can complete an online waiver form to have this fee waived.
Meal Plans
As a commuter, there are different options provided by WLU & Aladdin Dining Services. In addition to the plans offered to residents, commuters have additional options to choose from to pick what best suits their needs

Campus Employment
There are also great opportunities to work on campus depending on your schedule! Students can work for different administrative offices, become an Ambassador, work for dining services, and more!
