West Liberty University is in a partnership with Comcast, Inc. to increase and improve cable and Internet access for our campus residents.
Installed in each residence room is an xfinity DOCSIS 3.0 modem. Each modem provides 4 wired data ports and an 802.11N wireless network. Each modem is programmed with the network name and password printed on the side.
If you are having issues with Comcast, you can ask your RA for assistance. The quickest way for the problem to be resolved is by contacting Comcast. Technical Support is available from Comcast 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Technical support contact number is 1-855-638-2855. Please let them know you are on the bulk account at West Liberty University. Comcast will ask for information regarding your equipment such as the serial number.
