Peer Mentoring Information

Peer mentors are current West Liberty University (WLU) students who provide guidance, support, and advice to their WLU peers (mentee).

Peer mentees are students being mentored by a WLU peer mentor.

Peer mentors draw from their own experiences to help others navigate similar situations, offering insights and encouragement to foster personal and professional growth.

Peer mentors meet with a mentee on a regular basis that is informal and collaborative. Peer mentoring not only helps mentees adjust to college life but also empowers mentors to develop leadership and communication skills that will serve them well beyond graduation.
