The goal of conducting the webinar series is to help improve the quality of communication and user experience on westliberty.edu. Sharing knowledge and understanding of how best to use these tools with all site administrators can enhance the experience for our user audience. An improved user experience can improve key progress indicators for West Liberty University (enrollment, donor relations, brand awareness, etc.).
