Each parody features satire sketches, character impersonations, song and dance parodies, and spoofs of big box office films such as Twilight and The Dark Knight. Their incredible costumes and makeup would impress even the most seasoned Saturday Night Live cast member! With nearly 5,000,000 viewers The Hillywood Show® continues to grow! Two sisters creating everything with just one camera! Faculty member Brianne Bayer Mitchell had the opportunity to talk with Hilly and Hannah Hindi, of The Hillywood Show, at a recent Twilight Convention in Arlington, VA. Viewing The Hillywood Show’s creations through the eyes of a communication professor, I could not have been more impressed. These two young women create wonderfully creative and exceptionally professional productions. No wonder they’ve become celebrities! Hilly and Hannah are kind, gracious, and fun ladies. Comm Alumns Land Multi-Million Dollar Deal

In October of 2010 MMG (Mercenary Media Group) shot a twenty-five minute pilot for their first full length feature film Ronnie Hoffman: Limo Driver. Parties involved with the film include West Liberty University illuminists Mark “Adam” Leonard and Dustin “Scooter” Heavilin. Both graduated with Communication degrees (Leonard/Journalism) (Heavilin/Theatre). Heavilin will be the second lead role opposite Ronnie Hoffman, and also take on production duties. Leonard will also have a small role in the film and serve as the company’s PR Director. The film focuses around an overweight washed up collegiate athlete turned limo driver, and follows him for a night out on the town where chaos ensues. The lead role will be played by former West Liberty student Aaron Dietz, with other former student Chase DeFelice acting as Director of Cinematography.
