From April 14-16, 2011 the West Liberty University Department of Music & Theater is pleased to host the annual Tri-State Select Honor Jazz Ensemble. The TSSH Jazz Ensemble is an exciting educational and performance opportunity for the finest high school jazz musicians in West Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania. During this three-day event, students will study and rehearse with talented musicians and educators in preparation for a culminating concert on Saturday, April 16. It is our most sincere hope that participating students will not only grow in their own jazz playing, but will also bring experience and new ideas back to their own high school jazz ensemble.
