This Fall, the Music Department will be welcoming many new faces to the program: two new full-time faculty members and several new adjunct instructors.
Dr. Anna Stephan-Robinson will be teaching Music Theory and Ear Training courses. She joins the faculty from Ithaca College in New York. Dr. Stephan-Robinson has theory degrees from the Eastman School of Music.
Brian Baldauff is our new Director of Athletic Bands and Percussion Studio Director. Prof. Baldauff is coming from Florida State University where he is finishing a degree in Percussion Performance. He also holds a Masters in Percussion Performance from the University of Michigan. Prof. Baldauff will be teaching percussion lessons, percussion methods, and leading the percussion ensembles. As Director of Athletic Bands, he will lead the Marching Hilltoppers and Pep Band.
Joining us as new adjunct instructors are Scott Elliott, Evan Robinson, and Jamie Peck. Mr. Elliott has been teaching guitar in the area for over 20 years. Evan Robinson will be teaching trombone lessons and is coming from New York. Jamie Peck, who owns and operates Jamie Peck Productions based here in Wheeling, WV, will be teaching recording and music production classes this Fall.
