Behavioral Health Clinic

Services Offered

The Behavioral Health Clinic offers the following services:

Intake Assessment:
A one-hour evaluation to assess your needs and determine the appropriate services. During this session, we gather information about your symptoms and history to provide a diagnosis or identify if additional testing is needed. While some mental health diagnoses can be made from this evaluation, others—such as Autism or ADHD—may require further testing for an accurate diagnosis.

Individual Therapy:
One-on-one talk therapy with a provider who is supervised by a licensed psychologist. This means you receive the expertise of two therapists at a fraction of the cost! As a student clinic, your case will be thoroughly reviewed and discussed with greater attention than you might receive from unsupervised providers.

Couples Therapy:
A provider works with you and your partner to improve your relationship dynamics. Both partners must attend therapy sessions and be committed to making the relationship work.

Family Therapy:
A provider works with you and your family members to address and resolve issues that involve multiple people. Family therapy is especially beneficial for families navigating difficult transitions or managing mental health conditions such as psychosis or addiction that affect the entire family. It provides strategies for improving family communication and resolving conflicts.

Healthcare Navigation:
If you’re unsure where to go or what steps to take for mental health concerns, we offer healthcare navigation services. We will screen your situation and help guide you to the most appropriate level of care for you or a loved one.

Psychological Assessments:
Psychological assessments (also known as psych evaluations) are tailored to meet various referral needs. During your intake, we will assess your situation and determine what type and level of testing are necessary. Psychological assessments range from $15 to $250, depending on the complexity and nature of the evaluation required to make an official diagnosis.
