Leadership Development develops and retains current talent, as well as fosters an environment of learning and career development for future leadership. Leadership Development builds strategic thinking skillset and establishes organizational vision and goals. Leadership Development teaches interpersonal communication skills necessary to motivate and engage others. Leadership Development inspires a cultural environment that celebrates diversity, community involvement, and organizational success.
The Program
WLU Leadership Development Program is designed to build leadership strengths and an environment of trust and collaboration among peers.
Specifically, this program will inspire individual leadership abilities, expand emotional intelligence, motivate others, develop a vision, and execute goals.
Who Should Enroll?
This program is open to all current staff & faculty that wish to apply and enhance their leadership abilities.
Class Size
We intend to recruit a diverse cohort of 12-15 individuals from all departments across the West Liberty University Campus.
