• Basement areas are best.  Lowest level floors need to be used when basements will not accommodate the need.

• Use hallways or rooms without windows or glass.

• If necessary to use rooms with windows, open the windows.

• Avoid wide-roofed areas (auditorium, gymnasium, other large rooms).
