State of WV requires all drivers of WLU State Vehicles to complete a driver’s training. The State of WV Fleet Management Office has a 30 minute driver’s training video that you need to watch as well as an exam on which you must 100% prior to using a state vehicle.

Once you have watched the video, you must complete the mandatory exam:
- Take the test: State Fleet Management Defensive Driver’s Training Test.
You must receive a 100% score. Once you do that, you will receive an email stating your successful completion of the test.
