The Topper Dollar account is active upon initial deposit. Topper Dollars may then be used for purchases anywhere the Topper Dollar program is accepted.
The cardholder is responsible for safeguarding his/her card. If the card becomes lost or stolen, the rightful owner must report it to the College Union Office. Only the balance on the card at the time the card is reported missing can be protected. The University is not responsible for any funds that are deducted from the card prior to it being reported missing.
Refunds are only available to students who graduate, officially withdraw, or are no longer enrolled at WLU. A $10.00 processing fee will be deducted from the balance of the card, the remaining balance will then be refunded. Refunds are only available through the Business Office, located on the third floor of Shaw Hall. Refunds take approximately 4-6 weeks to process, and will only be issued in check form; no cash refunds will be issued. Refund requests must be made in writing within 180 calendar days of graduation or official withdrawal. After this 180 days, any remaining balance on the card will be processed as a donation to the University. Any remaining balance on a card can be used to offset any outstanding balances that a student may have through the Business Office.
Cardholders have the right to request a statement of transactions by contacting the Business Office. Statements will only be processed if requested and only can be issued to the cardholder. You can also see your transactions on your eAccounts account.
The cardholder agrees to abide by all rules, regulations, policies, and procedures specified in the Topper Dollars Cardholder Agreement. Future changes in terms and conditions regulating use of this card will apply to all cards in circulation. In addition, this will supersede the terms and conditions in effect at the time the card was acquired.
Topper Dollars are non-transferable.
