The College Union Office is located in the basement of the College Union.  This office is the central location for anything involving the College Union, including:

• Reserving facilities/rooms within the College Union, Quad and Interfaith Chapel
• Mailroom: Where faculty, staff, and residential students (those living on campus) receive their mail and packages.  We also offer mailing services to the entire WLU community.
• TopperCard Office: Your WLU Student ID card
• TopperCard Photo Submittal for incoming students (Submit your photo virtually and we will print your card for you! Your card will be given to you at move-in, or will be available for pick up in the College Union Office for commuter students.)
