COLLEGE UNION, HOGE QUADRANGLE AND INTERFAITH CHAPEL:

All students, employees, alumni, and guests are welcome to use the facilities within the College Union, Hoge Quadrangle and Interfaith Chapel.

To reserve a room or space, please fill out the RESERVATION FORM, and return it to the College Union Office or email it to collegeunion@westliberty.edu.

SPACES AVAILABLE FOR RESERVATION:

• College Union
  • Ballroom – Seats approximately 200, depending on table/chair set-up
  • Student Leadership Center – Seats approximately 50 
• Quad     
• Interfaith Chapel  
  • Sanctuary – Seats approximately 175
  • Social Room – Seats approximately 75

Because of state regulations, we are currently operating under a 50% capacity for all spaces.  

ASRC FACILITY & COMPLEX,  AND THE R. EMMETT BOYLE CONFERENCE CENTER:

All faculty, staff and students are welcome to use the ASRC facility and complex and the R. Emmett Boyle Conference Center.  All Paperwork for use of these facilities MUST be submitted AT LEAST 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
