All students, employees, alumni, and guests are welcome to use the facilities within the College Union, Hoge Quadrangle and Interfaith Chapel.

To reserve a room or space, please utilize our NEW Event Manager system. Simply log in to your single sign-on here, then click on Event Manager. You can then view the calendar of events for the University, and book a space by clicking on “Book a Room” and filling out the form. You will then be notified of the status of your event, and whether or not it is approved.
