The College Union Office is located in the basement of the College Union.  This office is the central location for anything involving the College Union, including:

• Reserving facilities/rooms within the College Union, Quad and Interfaith Chapel
• Mailroom: Where faculty, staff, and residential students (those living on campus) receive their mail and packages.  We also offer mailing services to the entire WLU community.
• TopperCard Office: Your WLU Student ID card
• TopperCard Photo Submittal for incoming students (Submit your photo virtually and we will print your card for you! Just stop by the College Union Office to pick up your card when you move in, or on the first day of class.)
