At its August 14, 2024 meeting, the Board of Governors received notice of intent to revise BOG Rules 1, 2, and 9. Updates were needed due to changes in HEPC Rule 5. The following are the title and subjects of these policies:

Policy 1: Presidential Search and Selection

Policy 2: Presidential Appointments, Responsibilities, and Evaluation

Policy 9: Annual Review of Presidential Goals

The policies are linked above for 30-day comment. An official comment or suggestion for purposes of this Policy, shall be submitted via the employee’s westliberty.edu email address and submitted to his/her respective student, staff, or faculty BOG representatives. The email subject line shall list Policy # Comment. Confidentiality may be requested upon submission. Comments are due by 4 p.m. on Monday, December 2, 2024.
