The BOG has approved a notice of intent for revisions to BOG Policies 28, 29, and 32. The changes are based on revised HEPC rules, state law, and federal changes to Title IX. In essence, BOG Policy 32 combines all three policies into one with a new number of 1.5. Policies 28 and 29 are repealed. BOG Rule 1.5 (Policy 32) is attached here (both redlined and clean).

Per BOG Policy 23, an official comment or suggestion shall be submitted via the employee’s westliberty.edu email address and submitted to his/her respective student, staff, or faculty BOG representatives. The email subject line shall list Policy 32 Comment. Confidentiality may be requested upon submission. Comments are due by 4 p.m. on Friday, March 27, 2026.
