My name is Tanner Heiman, and I am from West Richland, Washington. I graduated from Grand View University with my bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion after playing 4 years of college baseball. Growing up playing sports, I have always had a passion towards medicine and specifically becoming a PA, due to the opportunity it gives me to become part of the healthcare team. I truly believe it is the best profession in medicine. I chose West Liberty due to the caring staff, small class size, and excellent track record after graduating. Outside of medicine, I enjoy exercising, hunting, golfing, and spending time with my wife and family. I believe the PA profession will allow me to practice medicine, as well as continue to participate in the other activities I love to do.
