Hello! My name is Peri Gray, and I grew up in the very small town of Cameron, WV. I completed my bachelor’s degree in human biology at West Liberty University. I’ve loved my time at WLU because everyone here is so friendly, the campus is beautiful, and I am still close to my hometown and family. I have always known I wanted to work in healthcare and becoming a PA appealed to me because it will allow me to explore different specialties in medicine and work with a wide variety of patients over time. I also love the role PAs play in patient care, education, and advocacy. I am beyond grateful to be continuing my education in Physician Assistant studies at WLU where I’ve made lifelong friends and worked with amazing educators and faculty. I can’t imagine working toward any other degree at any other university. When I’m not studying, I love to hike and be outdoors, catch-up with my friends and family, and spend time with my two very sassy and spoiled cats.
