My name is Skylar Fankhauser, and I am from Amsterdam, OH. In my free time, I enjoy painting, hiking, and playing sports. I completed my undergraduate degree in Biology with a Psychology minor at West Liberty University. I am originally from a small town and went to a small, community-based high school. Attending West Liberty provided a tight-knit, caring atmosphere that welcomed me with open arms. I have always been fascinated with learning how the human body works and wanted to be a member of the medical community. I realized the PA career was for me because of its emphasis on patient-based care and providing preventative medicine.
