Hi, I’m Halie, and I’m from Rayland, Ohio. I graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences. I chose to pursue a career as a PA because I want to be able to give back to my community by providing healthcare to those that need it. I also love the focus on patient-centered care and the teamwork based environment that PAs get to experience. I chose West Liberty University not only because I get to stay close to my family, but also so I could get my education and training in the area in which I intend to practice after completing the program. The faculty are all so welcoming and truly want to see us succeed. There’s nowhere else I’d rather be gaining the skills I need for my future career!
