My name is Deidra DeMoss and I am originally from Fairmont, WV. I went to California University of PA for my undergraduate degree in Biology with a concentration in Pre-Medicine. I also have a master’s degree from Cal in Exercise Science and a master’s in Athletic Training from Lenoir-Rhyne University. I worked as an athletic trainer at Davidson College for about 3 years before coming to WLU. I enjoyed working with our team physician and wanted more responsibility. It was there that I realized I really wanted to be a PA. I wanted to come to WLU because it seemed like a perfect fit. I love the small school atmosphere and it is not that far from home.
