Bangor, PAEver since I was young, I remember being fascinated by the human body and how it works. Combining my interest with my love for people and desire to help others, I came to the fairly obvious conclusion that I was meant to work in healthcare. But what was I supposed to be? When I was exposed to the physician assistant profession, I realized it was everything I was looking for and more in a career. I made my way from northeastern PA, to Buckhannon, WV, then to Pittsburgh, PA before finally landing at West Liberty University to pursue my dream of becoming a PA. The small class size and dedication that faculty and staff demonstrate towards students makes WLU’s program stand out among many. PA school is by no means an easy task, but with the support of close classmates, and guidance from devoted instructors, the impossible becomes possible. I am excited to be a part of WLU’s Physician Assistant class of 2020, and look forward to the opportunity to practice medicine and serve society as a well-rounded healthcare provider.
