East Islip, NYI grew up on Long Island, New York. I graduated with my Bachelor’s Degree from Penn State University in 2016. Growing up, the medical field has always been appealing to me. When I was in high school, I attended the National Youth Forum of Medicine which was the pivotal point in my life leading me on the path to become a Physician Assistant. As time went on, I took the proper steps to shadow and engulf myself into the PA world. It was while I was working in the operating room as a Medical Device Representative that I decided being a PA is what I needed to do. Being a PA is a dream job with growth, stability, ability to treat patients and transition into different specialties. I chose West Liberty’s Physician Assistant program because the focus is treating the patient, not just the symptoms that are present. The faculty at West Liberty make the program feel like home while pushing you to be your best. I am very excited to start my professional career here and graduate in 2020!
