The West Liberty Student Chapter of the AIGA sponsored another great trip to Pittsburgh on October 29. We left West Liberty at 8:00 AM and returned to campus at 11:00 PM. In the morning we toured Artist Image Resource, a print shop on the north side, where we learned about a variety of printing processes and screen printed our own T-shirts. Then we went to the Warhol museum to view the Shepard Fairey exhibit. Next we went to the Contemporary Crafts Museum to see the new wood sculpture exhibit. Finally, we made our way to the AIGA’s Xposed tour where we went behind the scenes of 3 different design studios. A great time was had by all.
