Professor Christian Lee began his career in commercial broadcasting in 1984. With nearly 30 years experience in the communications field. He began teaching at Northern Illinois University in 1987, eventually joining the faculty at West Liberty University in 1989.
While teaching is his passion, Professor Lee is also a professional producer, videographer, editor and writer for a number of corporate training and informational videos for profit and non-profit organizations. He edited two of 25 episodes of the children’s series “Nature Walk” and “Serendipity and Stuff” for West Virginia Public Television and Canadian Public Television.
Professor Lee teaches a variety of broadcasting classes including Television Production I and II; Television Field Production; Radio Production, Writing for Radio and TV; Introduction to Cinema; Documentary Film; Television Studio News Directing and Producing I and II; Featured Broadcast Production; Media and Society; Mass Communications Media; Non-Linear Editing; 3D Graphics and Animation; and On-Campus Internship in Radio and TV. He is also supervisor for the Professional Internships in Radio and TV and has taught a variety of Special Topics and Special Problems courses.
