                  Yesterday, Wheeling Mayor Glenn Elliott visited with students in the Seminar on Urban and Rural Geography to discuss the ongoing efforts to revitalize downtown Wheeling. The mayor gave a 45-minute presentation which was followed by a lively discussion with WLU Geography and Planning majors.
