Final grades must be entered not later than 8:00 a.m. on the Wednesday following the end of the term.

Faculty should please be aware that submitting grades after the deadline negatively affects the grading process for all students, as well as financial aid, degree candidacy, graduate school and transfer applications, institutional reporting, and other University processes. Therefore, timely submission of grades is not only necessary but greatly appreciated.
